Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and processed within 2–4 business days.
During launches, seasonal drops, holidays, or when y’all decide to clean us out all at once, it may take us a little longer.
We’ll get it moving as soon as we can.
Shipping Time
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, and whatever other nonsense happens between our door and yours.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the email or phone number you provided at checkout.
If tracking doesn’t update immediately, give it a little time. Sometimes packages like to take the scenic route.
Double-Check That Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you catch a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your package has already shipped, we may not be able to change or reroute it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking says your package was delivered but you can’t find it, check around your property, mailbox, porch, household members, neighbors, and with the carrier first.
If it’s still nowhere to be found, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders
If your order shows up looking like it got run over by a four-wheeler, take clear photos of the package and damaged product and contact us as soon as possible.
